 Chemitac 31B is a thermoreactive adhesive for bonding FKM to rigid substrates and textile fibers. 

Chemitac 31B is a heavy metal free product. 

TYPICAL PROPERTIES

  • Non-volatile solids (1h @ 105ºC): 15 - 20 %
  • Specific gravity at 25°C: 0,835 - 0,865 g/cm3
  • Viscosity Brookfield at 25°C: ≤ 20 cps - #2 spindle @ 30 rpm.
  • Viscosity Ford Cup # 4 at 25°C: 8 - 11 s.
  • Diluents: MEK / MIBK/ Ethanol 99ºGL
  • Bonding Temperature Range: 150º - 200ºC
  • Shelf life: 6 months (unopened container below 25ºC).
  • Elastomers: Fluorinated Rubber (FKM / FPM)

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION

Resins and catalysts stabilized in a solution of ketone solvents.
