Chemitac 94 is a thermoreactive adhesive for bonding NBR, ACM and solid PU to rigid substrates during vulcanization.

Chemitac 94 is a heavy metal free product.

TYPICAL PROPERTIES

Non-volatile solids (1h @ 105ºC): 35,00 - 45,00 %
Specific gravity at 25°C: 0,925 - 0,945 g/cm3
Viscosity Brookfield at 25°C: 7 - 15 cps - #2 spindle @ 30 rpm.
Viscosity Ford Cup # 4 at 25°C: 7 - 15 s.
Diluents: MEK / MIBK
Bonding Temperature Range: 150 - 200ºC
Shelf life: 6 months (unopened container below 25ºC)
Elastomers: Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber (HNBR), Nitrile Carboxylic Rubber (XNBR), Nitrile Rubber (NBR), Polyacrylic Rubber (ACM), Polyurethane (PU-Pressed)
