Chemitac 10A is a thermoreactive adhesive designed for bonding castable polyurethanes (PU) to rigid substrates and textile fibers. 

Chemitac 10A is a heavy metal free product. 

TYPICAL PROPERTIES

  • Non-volatile solids (1h @ 105ºC): 24,00 – 30,00 %
  • Specific gravity at 25°C: 0,890 – 0,915 g/cm3
  • Viscosity Brookfield at 25°C: 250 - 300 cps - #2 spindle @ 30 rpm.
  • Viscosity Ford Cup # 4 at 25°C: 70 - 100 s.
  • Diluents: MEK / Propilenglicol etil eter
  • Bonding Temperature Range: 100º - 150ºC
  • Shelf life: 1 year (unopened container below 25ºC)
  • Elastomers: Polyurethane (PU-Cast), Polyurethane (PU-Injected), Thermoplastic Rubber (TPU-injected)
